By making a booking, you agree to these terms.<\/p><p>1. Booking<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel. Guests must provide accurate contact and booking information at the time of reservation.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The person making the booking must be authorised to do so and accepts responsibility for all guests included in the reservation.<\/p><h5>2. Check-In &amp; Check-Out<\/h5><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><strong>Check-in:<\/strong> From 3:00 PM<\/li><li><strong>Check-out:<\/strong> By 11:00 AM<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Guests may be required to provide valid identification and a payment card or other payment method at check-in.<\/p><h5>3. Rates &amp; Payment<\/h5><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Room rates are based on the booking details selected at the time of reservation.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Any additional services, food, drinks, parking charges or other applicable costs will be payable as advised by the hotel.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The hotel reserves the right to correct pricing or booking errors and will contact guests where necessary.<\/p><h5>4. Cancellation &amp; Amendments<\/h5><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Cancellation and amendment conditions may vary depending on the rate or offer selected at the time of booking.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Guests should check the cancellation policy displayed during the booking process and on their booking confirmation.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Where a booking is non-refundable, cancellation or amendment may result in the full booking charge being payable.<\/p><h5>5. No-Show<\/h5><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">If a guest does not arrive for their reservation and has not cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms, the booking may be treated as a no-show and charges may apply.<\/p><h5>6. Occupancy<\/h5><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated for the selected room.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Only the number of guests included in the confirmed booking may stay in the room unless prior approval has been obtained from the hotel.<\/p><h5>7. Children<\/h5><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Children are welcome at the hotel, subject to room type, occupancy limits and availability.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Any applicable charges or requirements for children will be displayed during the booking process.<\/p><h5>8. Pets<\/h5><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The hotel offers pet-friendly accommodation in designated rooms.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Pets are subject to availability and the hotel&#8217;s applicable conditions and charges. Damage &amp; Loss<\/h5><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Guests may be responsible for the cost of damage caused to hotel property by themselves or members of their party.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The hotel is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended in guest rooms or public areas. Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of their possessions during their stay.<\/p><h5>13. Smoking<\/h5><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Smoking is not permitted in areas where smoking is prohibited by law or by hotel policy.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Guests may be liable for reasonable cleaning or restoration costs resulting from smoking in prohibited areas.<\/p><h5>14.
